No Activity is the total idle times captured in a working day INCLUDING allowed breaks.
No Activity (Net) is the total idle times captured in a working day EXCLUDING allowed breaks.
For example, an employee started working at 9:00 and finished at 18:00. the employee has worked 9 hours total with 2 hours idle. His/her expected productive hours is 8 hours a day.
So in this case:
Work Hours: End - Start = 9 hours
Expected Productivity: 8 hours
Lunch Break: Work - Expected = 9h - 8h = 1 hour
No Activity: Total Idle in Work Hours = 2 hours
No Activity (Net): Unexpected Idle in Work Hours = Total Idle - Lunch break = 2h - 1h = 1 hour
*In essence, the lunch break or other allowed breaks are subtracted from Total Idle Times to calculate Net Idle.
